Worst bank ever . Was lied to about having a free business account by the branch manager Alphonso . Everyone in this branch is rude and could care less about customer service. I was charged bs service fees for making cash deposits that I was not informed of when I opened the account .. it could just be this branch but I will never do business with Truist again ., a free account that charges to make cash deposits just for them to loan your money back out .. you’re better off with a safety deposit box and a prepaid card

I wouldn't give this branch any stars! The lack of communication and putting unnecessary holds on checks is ridiculous. Do not use this branch, let along this bank.

No Stars No Stars, I visited this bank with a payroll check and was told they never heard of the company that I work for, the routing number is not correct on the payroll check, the check is not valid, it’s not their check. Clearly on the bottom of the check it says Truist. I’ve never heard of this bank until I received a check drawn on this bank. They treated me like I was trying to do fraud, they were loud when they spoke to me and they had really bad attitudes. Their behavior is nothing I would expect coming from a very small bank that is trying to grow. This bank will always be a small bank due to level of service. I kindly advised them the company that I work for is a real company and that we are hiring 😂

The worst bank. They put 12 day holds on any check over $1000. They don't warn you they will do this. The phone representatives don't know much. Don't bank here. Member for 13 years now looking for another bank.
