Everyone in this branch is rude and could care less about customer service. I was charged bs service fees for making cash deposits that I was not informed of when I opened the account .. it could just be this branch but I will never do business with Truist again ., a free account that charges to make cash deposits just for them to loan your money back out .. you’re better off with a safety deposit box and a prepaid card
