Worst bank ever . Was lied to about having a free business account by the branch manager Alphonso . Everyone in this branch is rude and could care less about customer service. I was charged bs service fees for making cash deposits that I was not informed of when I opened the account .. it could just be this branch but I will never do business with Truist again ., a free account that charges to make cash deposits just for them to loan your money back out .. you’re better off with a safety deposit box and a prepaid card

I wouldn't give this branch any stars! The lack of communication and putting unnecessary holds on checks is ridiculous. Do not use this branch, let along this bank.

A check was put on hold for 10 tens even after checking with the issuer that the check cleared, they still would not take the hold off of the deposit. A delay in access to your money as well as interest payed to your account. Report to FDIC
