Spent the 15 minutes filling out the form, and even got my company's pay portal ready to swap. Got done the form and received a message that approval can't be made online and I would need to go to the branch. This isn't a credit card. It's a bank account. Why would approval be needed? Anyway, seems to be a bait and switch. I've never had a problem with an account, ever. So as far as I'm concerned, this place can shove it.

The so-called ‘customer service’ desk is painfully slow, with only two employees actually working — while plenty of other staff just sit at their desks, relaxing and chatting, doing absolutely nothing to help speed things up. The line stretches to the street, customers are frustrated, and yet management allows this circus to continue. This isn’t banking, it’s pure negligence. Time is valuable, and this branch clearly doesn’t care about wasting it. If there was an option for negative stars, this place would earn it with ease.”
