  I'll keep it short. I received an invitation offer. I thought, "Ok, we'll give them a shot." Spent the 15 minutes filling out the form, and even got my company's pay portal ready to swap. Got done the form and received a message that approval can't be made online and I would need to go to the branch. This isn't a credit card. It's a bank account. Why would approval be needed? Anyway, seems to be a bait and switch. I've never had a problem with an account, ever. So as far as I'm concerned, this place can shove it.

  This branch is beyond unacceptable. I’ve been standing in line for over 30 minutes without moving an inch. The so-called ‘customer service’ desk is painfully slow, with only two employees actually working — while plenty of other staff just sit at their desks, relaxing and chatting, doing absolutely nothing to help speed things up. The line stretches to the street, customers are frustrated, and yet management allows this circus to continue. This isn’t banking, it’s pure negligence. Time is valuable, and this branch clearly doesn’t care about wasting it. If there was an option for negative stars, this place would earn it with ease.”

  I love coming to this barh.They have great customer service. And the waiting time is quick. Either Td are slow. 5 points to this bank.

  Terrible experience. The woman Katie went out of her way to NOT help us. Every year we change signers on our business account as officers change. Every year we bring the same paperwork to do so. We had done it at other branches in the past, but chose the Jenkintown branch this year due to proximity to the new officers. I called in advance and spoke to Katie to confirm we were bringing what we needed and to set up the appointment. When we arrived, she claimed we did not bring the correct items (though same as every prior year) and she would not process our application for change of signers because her back office would reject it. I knew we had what we needed, so I asked her to please process the application, and we would deal with it if it were rejected. She refused saying she would not waste her time. We then left the branch and drove to the Cheltenham branch, where they successfully processed our change application with the documentation we had. Katie needs to be educated on what her bank accepts as documentation and how to treat customers.

  I'm very disappointed today 😞 the white girl is so rude and scream for no reason. This new people is so 😠😩.
