- DCDavid CarmichielJun 23, 20221.0$180 dollars worth of over draft fees for a charge that I knew was going to hit and i put money in Friday night to stop from happening my account was good Monday then Tuesday the applied several overdraft fees even thou I would had been good if the first one hadn't made it negative $10!!! $180 dollars in over draft fees for going $10 negative that the money was in there the same day but S&T doesn't do the books on Saturday or Sunday so and apparently if its negative Monday the first thing they do is applied over draft fees no matter when it happen or what order!!!! that's criminal and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau!! And to ad insult to injury they said they couldn't refund the fees, when I said fine then ill be closing this account and taking my business to another bank they hung up... I called back latter the same snide manager Kelly i believe said that she would be happy to refund $70 dollars and close my account for me!! worst bank and service ever!! Irwin bank would never treat its customers like that!! stay away from S&T they are the worst
