I have no idea how this bank even functions or operates legally I submitted a power of attorney in June that the mortgage department accepted, but for some reason this branch will not I literally still get harassed About being the power of attorney been added to his account and everything I’ve had multiple people give me a mess behind all this and whoever wrote something about Johanna I totally agree. She told me that I’m not an attorney and then I can’t write a power of attorney. I’m sorry that we’re not in 1960 and you only understand old language but it’s a whole new error maybe you should get hip. Not to mention the fact that they just foreclosed on a learn from my grandmother who’s been dead since 2014 and the mortgage was still in her name. Thank God, I am playing attorney and about to sue them.
- JDJessica DulembaOct 25, 20241.0My debit card got hacked. The fraud team closed my card and told me to go to the bank for a temp card and to order a new card. I did. Except I was quizzed as to why I let the fraud happen. “Didn’t I have an online account” so that I could watch my account at all times!! Then I got warned. They said that I had too many closed cards that soon wouldn’t be able to get a new one. Which basically I’ll need to find another bank because all my banking is online! I was also told that maybe my 88 year old grandma hacked my card! And that I should get a power of attorney to help me manage my account. Ridiculous. I have never been treated so poorly!
