    I had an outstanding experience with Mussab Haddad at the Ingomar KeyBank location. From the moment I walked in to open an account, Mussab was welcoming, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me with my banking needs. He answered all of my questions with patience and made sure I felt confident with the decisions I was making. What stood out the most was the level of personal attention— Mussab went above and beyond to ensure I received a $300 bonus for opening a new checking account. After an initial miscommunication regarding the promotion, Mussab contacted management to resolve the issue. Mr.Haddad even followed up afterwards to make sure I was satisfied! That kind of care and attention to detail is rare these days, and it made me feel valued as a customer.     I had an appointment with Amir at key bank in INGOMAR . He is person with high Knowland , very nice, gentleman, kind and very very polite. I had plan to open and saving account, I didn’t know which plan is good for me. He took time with me, and introduced a program that called Financial wellness. We went through that program by each page and explained everything. I never had anyone like him. Great Job Amir.

    This bank has no respect for local businesses. I'm from a local business and my store needed change. They said they would not do it unless I had an account. They have no respect for local businesses and helping us.
