- FRFrankie RaneriMar 6, 20255.0I gave up a credit union after 20-25 years because they went downhill. Been with this branch of First National Bank for nearly 1 year now. Their online banking App works flawlessly! I haven't experienced any dispute ever to date in nearly 1 year. My account has been always accurate with my calculations every time. The women at this branch have been the same since I started an ALL are so pleasant. I had a truck loan thru them i paid off by trading in. As soon as i get enough equity I will refinance my new vehicle with them. Can't come soon enough as I had auto pay with my loan attached to my online banking app. I have no intentions of changing banks long as I have them. I'm 44yrs old retired from military an although I kept the prior credit union for over 2 decades I always had another local bank pending where I lived. That said I'm sticking with just First National now. Highly recommend. Flawless banking app, never any fraud use of my debit card, fantastic loan rates attached to online banking app an the indianhead location just has the best crew of bankers ive ever had!
