Fifteen minutes waiting, event though there are three staff and just one customer. Got served finally. The notary told me she could only notarize for me, but not my wife, simply because my wife does not have an account with TD, regardless I have business accounts with TD for the last 25 years. So disappointed !!! Just 3 months earlier, at the same branch, another lady notary took care both of us, no questions asked, with a smile. What wrong with this person? Why did she have to make it so difficult for just a simple customer relations matter? I had to go to another place 7 miles away to get it done with ease.

Ericka, the front worker, took initiative to help me. All I had to do was reprint a card, which she helped me with in a very timely manner. Thanks Ericka.
