She allowed me time to express myself and listened to my financial concerns and resolved my questions. She was solution focused and resourceful. In addition, my work and consultation with Raj Nair was pleasant and helpful as well. The branch atmosphere was welcoming, happy, and inclusive. The bankers worked together collaboratively and were clearly invested in providing respectful, efficient, and individualized support to all patrons. Regarding the corporate Luau Fridays, I suggest that Wells Fargo Corporate consider playing music celebrating the Hawaiian language and corporate donations to support indigenous languages and community schools of the Pacific Islands and those of the Diaspora which would provide a more inclusive homage to Hawaiian culture versus luau cultural appropriation. Otherwise, Mahalo to Wells Fargo local and corporate teams!

Don’t keep transferring me to the automated account system because it is not helpful for everything. After MANY phone calls hoping someone would pick up, I will take my business elsewhere.
