I dealt with Kim many times and she is fantastic. They should have more employees like her. She is a very caring person. I also love Linda in thr drive thru and she is also a very good teller.

Came here yesterday to open an account, they were busy so they scheduled an appointment with me the next day (today) which is okay I understand. I come today and they turn me away again. They had my phone number and no one reached out to me earlier to reschedule. Instead they tell me when I show up and I had to move my schedule around for this appointment in the first place. Disappointing. They also seemed irritated with me? Even though I literally had an appointment.

I am currently standing in the line at the bank and listening to the banker in their office delete all the voicemails that were left on their phone system, without listening to them or responding to a single one. There had to have been at least 30 messages deleted in very short time span. Kind of gross to neglect your customers.

Impressive how bad is this bank, I deposit $5.000 check from a bad customer I guess, for the first time everr after many good checks. Instead of the back call me and say is no money on that check they blocked my account and confiscated all the money I have there 2 weeks later they still not paid me back. Sally the manager keeps telling me She will fix it. But she doesn’t do anything. 🤬

Been to a ton of BB&T banks, this one is by far the worst I ever been to! 2 tellers and one picks up the phone to deal with someone instead of the 10 people waiting in line. Try to avoid if possible
