After Mark took over this location the customer service and staff has completely declined today. Mark Called my office and said there was an urgent matter with my account, I called back the location more than five times letting the phone ring and ring, no one ever answered. No one ever called me back. Because Mark said this matter was urgent, I left my office and drove to the bank to speak to Mark who was completely available. He wasn’t on the phone, he wasn’t with any customers. After speaking with Mark, this matter in fact was not urgent and the details could’ve seemingly been left in a message with one of my my staff. A year ago I would’ve been happy to give anybody a recommendation to this location. However, at this point I will actively be finding a new bank to do business with.
