- DDDeniseAug 4, 20231.0When into the bank to access my safe deposit box and was told I couldn't access it because an employee called off. I was promised access to my box the following day. I went into the branch and it was closed on a Friday. Mind you, I was told they would be open. To have the bank closed on a Friday (one of the busiest day when people cash their checks, but also at the beginning of the month). That mall has already gone to heck..and the bank is no different. So disappointed. If I could give it a negative star, I would.

I walked into the bank and first thing I did was sit my baby and my heavy diaper bag down and she immediately assumed that I was not a customer and was just using the waiting room to sit, that she had to ask me twice what I was doing there after I had told her I was waiting for my husband to come hold my baby so I could make some transactions. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My baby started fussing so she had another customer STANDING basides my chair to rush me out the door. Did not say "thank you" after I had applied for a Credit card or say goodbye. SHOULD NOT BE MANAGER OF A BANK IF YOU HATE PEOPLE AND CARLESS ABOUT PEOPLE. LEARN HOW TO SMILE AND MAKE CUSTOMERS FEEL WELCOMED WHEN THEY BRING MONEY TO YOU. NEVER WOULD I COME BACK HERE OR HAVE NICE WORDS TO SAY ABOUT THIS BRANCH!!!!
