- TFTim FlahartyAug 26, 20221.0In all my years dealing with financial institutes, I never dealt with a more disorganized and disfunctional place ever! I have spent no less than 10 hours on the phone with this bank looking for an answer to a simple question of how to pay off a vehicle when one of your parents dies. As if there isn't enough to deal with when you lose someone, trying to deal with the laziest and most incompetent people for hours and getting nothing done except being transferred from one dept to another and still no answer!

- NGN GreeneMay 21, 20171.0This is the worst bank i have ever visited. Evertime i come the atm is out of service and the people in the banks are no help. I have also noticed the bank allows people to do fraudulent activity with their atm machines and when you complain they dont do anything. Do not use this bank.
