- AMAmy MarksJul 25, 20251.0Terrible. I’ve been a Truist customer for many years and I stopped at the Truist bank on Jonestown road and waited at the drive thru for around 25-30 minutes. I was late to an appointment because of this. I was told by the teller that I could wait or go to another branch. However that was not an option for me. I will not be coming back to this branch.

I recently was at a memorial service at a funeral and the atmosphere was more pleasant than this bank. I know now why Truist Bank is struggling. I have one account left with them that is a visa account. That now also must go!
- DBDee BrooksMar 8, 20211.0Called was told I could come in today to get a loan they don’t close tell 5 it’s 1 and they won’t let me in I tried to call it says the bank is no closed please call back during our normal business hours Monday- Thursday 9am -5pm well it’s Monday and your not open
