Then, they CHARGED ME A LATE FEE this month because of my escrow going up last month EVEN AFTER I came to the branch with CASH the day they called me about my escrow going up. NOT TO MENTION that I PAID EXTRA towards my initial mortgage payment that would've covered the escrow. I feel like they could've done better.
