- DSDanetta Lynn SiskAug 26, 20251.0On August 8th, 2025 A long time CD became Due and able to renew or cashout. I offered the bank a change to match the amount I could get at a competitor and they chose not to for .025 percent. I was told that this would be closed out and sent to me. The amount is in excess of 105,000 and I needed at the very least part for a scheduled eye surgery this Thursday. When I did not get this by the 20th, certainly long enough to come from PA, to Florida I called the Bank. I was told I could not get a new one issued until 10 business days which would be today. I called again on Sat, to be told the same thing and to call back today Monday, the 25th. It was then I was told a new story, by a very rude woman named Candace. She said that I had to wait until the second of Sept. and only then would they begin the process of investigating where these funds were. She had Ragen call me who said I was given wrong information. Banks should have a simple answer. She then said it was a certified check, and they could not just stop it. Who sends out that kind of money certified with no tracking , nothing. I have my suspicions it was never sent,

I came to a decision to close the bank because of the staff. please update to new staff that actually want to help the customers.
