Your bank and mortgage dept. customer service is the worst service I have ever experienced....its no surprise your have a 2.0 rating. It should be lower.... I know these comments means nothing to your bank but I couldn't leave them unspoken...

I keep being told someone will call me. They NEVER call when they say they are. I have to call once a week and nothing has been done. It is awful. WORST BANK EVER!

I had one woman on the phone yelling at me because I didn't understand why my account was over drafted $40 when they had taken out $2.00 because I still did paper billing. Only reason I'm still with FNB is because I'm not sure where else to go. .
