  I had an excellent experience at this bank, and I especially want to recognize Brandy for her outstanding service. She went above and beyond to help us, and her professionalism, patience, and positive attitude truly stood out. Brandy took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely caring and attentive to customers’ needs. Because of Brandy, our experience with this bank was exceptional.   I called at 3pm on a monday 9/8/2025 and was on hold till i hung up at 3:45!!!!!!!!!! Phone would ring and switch to hold.

  Awful. Save your time by not opening an account here because you will have to close it. Banks don't communicate... told one thing at the Harrisburg branch, another at the Linglestown office. Said there would be a hold on funds because "they don't know me", although I have been with them 10 years. They said they could have a manager overwrite the hold, but of course there is no manager working. Don't give them your business, especially if you plan to do anything big with money like buy a house, car, etc. You'll most likely run into issues.

  I went to First National on my lunch break. My lunch is from 12 to one. I walk into the first national dairy Street sit down. Nobody said nothing to me and another customer comes in sit down 510 minutes later they call him to the counter mind you I’m still sitting here. Nobody never acknowledge me never say hello. Never said what did I need help with and I just really believe that is bad customer service I’ve been dealing with First National before it was even first national when it was Metro when it was commerce and I just felt like that the representative they were very, very unprofessional and I’m really considering switching banks
