I've been with this bank for approx. 25yrs., through all of the changes & I've never before witnessed such a MASSIVE DECLINE in every aspect of quality & customer service! An overdraft fee although I made a deposit the very SAME DAY of the payment withdrawal that caused the deficit. ATM fees?... Now, even when you're lucky enough to find a 'public' ATM that doesn't charge a fee, FNB will charge one anyway just because it's not one of theirs. I could go on but, my frustration has already peaked. I suggest Members 1st. That's the change I'll be making.
