- WRWill ReamsJul 17, 20251.0Awful. Save your time by not opening an account here because you will have to close it. Banks don't communicate... told one thing at the Harrisburg branch, another here. Said there would be a hold on funds because "they don't know me". Although I have been with them 10 years, she repeated the same thing after I wasn't sure I heard her right correctly, and then walked off. It'll be better for everyone when they are closed, until then don't give them your business.
- SMSusan MarshallMar 17, 20251.0I had a very bad experience with this bank. The App constantly tells me it does not recognize my information. The customer service are very rude. If you deposit a check on Friday evening, they say it is cleared on Monday. You go to the App on Monday and they tell you it won't clear until midnight or the next day. I plan to close my account. This bank does not give you 2 days early to get your SS check deposited or your pay check 2 days early.

It would be funny if it wasn’t my livelihood and assets being jerked around. Be safe and don’t bank here. You’ll regret it if you do. The tellers are very nice, but that doesn’t solve problems when they arise.
