  Awful. Save your time by not opening an account here because you will have to close it. Banks don't communicate... told one thing at the Harrisburg branch, another here. Said there would be a hold on funds because "they don't know me". Although I have been with them 10 years, she repeated the same thing after I wasn't sure I heard her right correctly, and then walked off. It'll be better for everyone when they are closed, until then don't give them your business.

  If I could give a negative rating, I would. Useless hours, terrible service, and an ATM that works as frequently as McDonald's ice cream machine

  The woman working the drive-thru tonight (11/14/2018) was incredibly rude to my mother. I’m not saying this because my mom told me that after the fact, I’m saying this as someone who was in the car with her. No greeting, very impatient, no “have a nice evening...” Nothing. Just awful customer service every time I have to go there. As a former employee of First National Bank and as a customer, I’m continuously disgusted by the way your customers are treated. I’ll definitely be closing my account some time next year, guaranteed.

  Very dissatisfied with my experience using First National as a bank. Customer service was incredibly disappointing at this branch in particular. I would not recommend.

  Hours for banking at the drive through and inside are the worst! 9am to 5pm is when most people work. Who can get there during those hours? I work Friday nights and Saturday too so I can't even get there when they are open until 6pm Friday nights and 9am-12pm on Saturday. I miss Metro Bank soooo much!!!
