  Frank, the bank Manager, and Sunjay, one of their associates, were two of the most disrespectful and misleading “professionals” I have ever worked with. Their false promises and inadequate ability to communicate is disappointing. I caution anyone to use this bank.

  If I could give less than 1 star I would. I will never use Keybank again. I had a check give to me by my daughter. The money was in her acct. The check was flagged as possible fraud and they froze my acct for a 30 day fraud investigation. The manager of the Souderton branch was absolutely the worst employee I have ever come across. He knew nothing about how to handle the problem, offered no advise at all. He was rude. It took me to call the 1800 number to sit on hold for 30 mins while employees tried to understand what was happening for them to then tell me I had to deal with it in the following ways. My acct was frozen for 10 days to date and it is still not handled. I have bills that have not been paid that come out of my acct. Let alone a mother of 4 children having no access to even $1.00 from her acct on over 10 days is criminal when the check was good and the money was in the acct. Again I will never do business with this bank again and will tell this to anyone I know . Less then 1 star absolutely. update 7/17/2025 An executive reached out to me, regarding my review. She was absolutely no help at all. She wanted me to believe that she really did care about my situation, but could do nothing to help me. She told me i had to wait another 10 days and would still have no access to my acct. I was also told that they restricted all 3 if my bank accts , one included a family members who had nothing to do with this but has the same last name. Please do not put your money or trust into this bank. You will regret it.

  Employees including Frank the Manger have no clue how to run a bank. Very rude service. Never return promised calls.

  KeyBank was an appearance, amazing foundation of people pulling together to bring wonderful service to the community and it's clients , I opened up a business checking account and also had a relative open a personal checkings and savings. These processes with both of us was handled swiftly and diligent. The owner of the branch Frank was active and engaged giving advice and confidence everything was running smooth. Jennifer my bank teller was amazing and accurate with all the information and questions. Elisabeth who took my call and welcomed me to the branch, Lora, Jane and Jan handling the deposit and funding of all the accounts was great receipts and paper work all in line I do recommend 10/10 beautiful clean open branch
