But the branch would not allow me to make a deposit into the bank account without having id even though I had a deposit slip and every other bit of information needed. Processed to go to the atm to make the deposit and the atm failed and did not make my deposit. Call the number the tm machine gave me only to be told we will submit a claim and I will have to wait to hear back. Absolutely horrible service
