    This bank's customer service is now awful. The closed their Gettysburg location with no notice and I am unable to reach anyone by telephone to answer questions about my account. They mailed my Truist Visa card to the wrong address and it took more than 45 minutes on the phone with the corporate office to get a replacment. Simply terrible. I will take my banking somewhere else.

    This bank is absolutely terrible the drive through is so slow and the bank has not been opened. Where is their manager !??????????
