However, since I’m not out of state and there aren’t locations near me, I tried stopping in during the online posted hours while in the area - they had adjusted their hours without updating it online, just leaving a sign at the door which was a huge inconvenience since I drove to the location. Additionally, I have been banking here for years, and when I was purchasing a house out of state I was in need of a wire transfer for the downpayment on the house. After speaking with them several times they refused to allow me to complete the wire transfer without me being there in person (10 hours away from the house I was buying), risking me not being able to purchase my house! I had to drive several hours to the nearest branch to complete the wire transfer because this branch refused to help me.

NO drive thru, no lobby and only a brief note on the door that this location was closed on Feb 3 at 12:30 PM for "the Safety of our customers and staff." What BS and this website still shows it open. Think I will take my business elsehere.
