After using a “Bill Pay” option for two years w/out incident, in the last 60 days they have: mailed a lease check to a payee not even in my info, then sent another lease check to some black hole, even they can’t track down. The mngr read off the same script as the rep (don’t bother calling, they don’t answer their phones) and refused to accept responsibility and rectify it immediately. Up until yesterday, I was a stockholder. 🔽🔽🔽
