I asked a question about a check and was made to feel a like a fool in front of other customers. They made me feel belittled for asking. They also refused to honor a check from their own institution; they refused to cash and accept the check. If I could give 0 stars I would. There is no real reason to use this bank. Run. Run far away!! There are better choices. FNB is poorly run and treats people like dollars to be exploited, rather than human beings.

So now I have to lose an hour of work to make it there during your awful hours. Horrible customer service, hours and staffing.
