    I recently visited the Wells Fargo branch on McDade Boulevard on Christmas Eve, shortly after moving to Philadelphia from Louisiana. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for close to eight years and do not visit branches often, which made this experience stand out even more. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and offered help right away. I needed to deposit a money order and had never done so before. The staff member at the door patiently explained the process and guided me to the correct line. While waiting, I observed tellers engaging with customers in a friendly, genuine way. The interactions felt personal and respectful, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the branch. I also noticed the branch manager, Michelle Washington, actively engaging with customers on the floor. Her presence was warm, professional, and approachable. It was clear that the positive energy and customer-focused culture in the branch reflected her leadership. I have a background in customer experience and leadership, and I recognize strong service culture when I see it. This branch delivered exactly that. As someone new to the area, this experience left a strong and lasting impression. Excellent service, strong leadership, and a team that clearly cares about its customers. I would absolutely recommend this branch.

    When in the cash a check today so because I don't have an account there they charged me $10 fee yet the check is written from their Bank but yet they charged me $10 for cash it between them and t&d and citizens they all charge you a fee so basically they're making you open up an account so that you don't get charged to pay what a scam

    Lisa, a teller at this branch, is awesome. I purposely go to this branch because of her. Totally professional, knowledgeable and has years of experience in banking. I've been banking with Lisa for probably 20 years. She's always recommended good solutions for me and I enjoy her friendly, positive attitude. Thank you!

    The worst bank 2 tellers 10 people in line half an hour wait ridiculous I will never step foot in that bank again they should’ve never closed the Wells Fargo in Sharon Hill!
