The changes Wells Fargo has made, really has me wanting to go to another bank with all the changes My husband and I have been customers and had accounts there for a long time. Inconsiderate phone system wastes my time with messages answering questions I did not ask, then when I finally get through to a banker: no one answers. Not interested in that.
