- ALAlex LantzJul 29, 20251.0Service is incredibly slow. It’s like pulling teeth to withdraw money from an account YOU OWN here. Requested a couple hundred $ withdraw and I got it back in all 5’s. Poor customer service and slow service!

Tina was lost in a trance and eating potato chips the first time I waited ten mins for her. Barely qualified for entry level anything, let alone a bank. Bob Wheeler, the GM needs to do some revamping or maybe this truly is just a low end bank.
