  I was in the hospital for two weeks the first time one the next. I had to learn to walk again. I was unresponsive for two days could not do basic things. North west charged me nearly 400 dollars in over draft fees but asked them to not let any additional money be removed from my account. I was talked down to treated horribly. Was told it was my job to keep up with my finances, was told off by a young teller over the phone was told that I need to learn how to keep up with my account. U am 65 have had checking accounts for 40 years I am not an ass. I told the one manager of my medicle problems, he was of no help was told I shd check my account daily, I checked more than daily since having the account with North west, u did not blow my money away, I was in bad shape for a few months.. I was told I shd have had someone take over my account. There is no one. I've been disrespected talked down to blamed, North West told me they r making my case go public. I don't get news papers so do not know if he did. It's hard to manage ur account when u in the hospital then come home needed constant care by nurses and physical therapy at but North west doesn't care they want money.nzed

  We got excellent attention, the staff were very friendly and took the time to help us solving our doubts, they gave us a quick and effective solution. They are very kind and warm, they made us feel at home.
