- DDDanielleSep 9, 20253.0If you are trying to cash a check as a non customer they will do it for $800 or less if drawn on their bank. To setup an account you need an appointment. And whatever you do don't show up just before they close to ask any kind of questions because the staff is less than friendly.
- JBJessica BrownAug 29, 20231.0This bank is disgusting ... offers overdraft, but when utilized cancels ur debit card without notice, flags your account, and won't let you get another one. So they penalize you for something they offer. Not to mention they don't cash checks written from THEIR bank for non customers over $250... then there's the customer service... can't get a call back to save a life. Also used their Zelle option and was told the money would be in the account GAURANTEED next business day... guess what.... I'm still waiting more than 2 bus days later... but money was already taken out of my account ... they can't tell me where the money is or why it hasn't been received by the recipient ... HORRIBLE bank. They don't even deserve 1 star! Don't walk away from this bank .... RUN !!!!

This branch has horrible customer service and do not even try to get through the drive thru in a decent amount of time. I have not had any positive encounters with this branch in a long time...
