  I’d give them zero stars if I could. I have never had so much trouble closing an account and transferring an account to another bank. It took me several phone calls and two visits and it’s still not done. The manager is rude and condescending and obviously doesn’t know what she’s doing even though she’s worked there 26 years. She repeated that to me several times. Her reputation precedes her.

  Love everyone at First Nation bank! I needed some banking help and Lisa and Brianna are amazing! I told them what I was looking to have done and they worked quickly and fulfilled all my banking needs in a short time! I highly recommend this bank and their staff is amazing and there to help the best in anyway they may be able to! Thank you again!..you have my business!

  After a series of failed miscommunications from FNB support that resulted in my account being closed. I get a call from a person whose worked at this branch for 19 years. Those 19 years must have resulted in any compassion going right out the window. They went on a long tirade about how online banks don't have any overhead. So that's why we can justify all these erroneous fees, nickel and dimming the customer all along the way. FNB has made plenty of money off my money, so I don't want to hear that tired argument. Do yourself a favor stay clear of FNB there are better alternatives. Some of which are right down the road from this one, with way better Google reviews.

  This is by far a bank that cares little about its customers. Most tellers are friendly and then the manager Eileen is rude and condescending. Don’t ever use their ATM I lost money and with a receipt she still didn’t want to give it to me. It caused me to feel completely unappreciated, where did it go? I finally got it back without apology. I called asking to speak with someone and I had said I want to speak with the assistant manager who is very nice, and I didn’t feel the need to tell Eileen who I was and she reminded me she was The assistant managers boss-that and $5 will get a gallon of gas. Just all around unappreciative. I’m taking my business to HNB up the street. FNB was great when it was still community.

  Will lose your money do not use this bank.. If you know you counted your money right before you hand it to them and you are 100% sure you did... Nope! You are wrong. Just NO go some where else than this Forest City, PA bank
