- CNC NolanMay 21, 20241.0I’d give them zero stars if I could. I have never had so much trouble closing an account and transferring an account to another bank. It took me several phone calls and two visits and it’s still not done. The manager is rude and condescending and obviously doesn’t know what she’s doing even though she’s worked there 26 years. She repeated that to me several times. Her reputation precedes her.

- VBVar belfJan 2, 20182.0I went to the drivethru with 380.00 in all 20 dollar bills today. My loan payment is roughly 365 and change. I wanted the whole amount of 380.00 put on the loan. When the teller was done handling my loan book with another bank teller behind the wall, she said she put 370.00 on the loan and I didn't recieve the extra 10 dollars back. Where did my 10 dollars go if not on my loan? I feel very unsafe banking here now.
