Appears there's only one "banker" in the place even though other employees are sitting in offices without customers. Appointment was for 3:30. The banker even called me at 9:15 that morning to confirm. I waited 15 minutes past my appointment time, however, the banker still had two people in her office. As I had my 89 year old mom in tow, I walked out. I'll wait more than 15 minutes for my DOCTORS, but not a banker. I can understand a previous appointment going longer than expected. However, at the end of the next business day, the individual did NOT call me to apologize and ask how she can assist. Not professional at all. Thank you

When you go inside, there's always a line of 5 or 6 people and it takes the tellers 10-15 mins with each person. Now, I understand it can get busy and waiting in lines is a part of life, but at least have working ATM's that people can do their banking on because most of the time their ATM's are either down or "unavailable" so you can't even do your banking that way. They need to hire more tellers, but we all know they don't want to pay more people so the customers get the short end of the stick. Crazy!!!!
