Will be looking for another financial institute to do my business with. Very dissatisfied. Not truly handicap accessible have you using crutches to walk, the door doesn't open automatically.

Prior to her being at this branch, I can't say I knew anyone there and if I had a special need, they usually had an aloofness to them that made me feel they didn't really care. // Maribel is the first banker I've had in many many years that made me feel heard, cared for, and that she would go the extra mile. She didn't forget any of the tasks she said she'd do and everything she said she'd do, she did and more. She also had helpful advice on some things with my account that I didn't know about. // A bank branch is determined by their staff. I hope Maribel stays put for a while. But I'm sure wherever she goes, she'll be an expert that listens, along with being an influential and good leader helping customers not in the typical "aloof banker" way...but in the "people" way. Go see her!
