- MRMichael Nelson RizzoAug 2, 20195.0Writing a good review for a big bank is the last thing I would do but my experience with Maribel Gonzalez this week, compels me. Prior to her being at this branch, I can't say I knew anyone there and if I had a special need, they usually had an aloofness to them that made me feel they didn't really care. // Maribel is the first banker I've had in many many years that made me feel heard, cared for, and that she would go the extra mile. She didn't forget any of the tasks she said she'd do and everything she said she'd do, she did and more. She also had helpful advice on some things with my account that I didn't know about. // A bank branch is determined by their staff. I hope Maribel stays put for a while. But I'm sure wherever she goes, she'll be an expert that listens, along with being an influential and good leader helping customers not in the typical "aloof banker" way...but in the "people" way. Go see her!

They all have attitude problems and the older black lady behind the window is miserable every time I go in there...last time I was in there she said what do you want... Just look at the reviews, not only here but on yelp. The only nice guy is the short middle eastern guy (he told me where he was from) When I said I was Israeli... save some time and hassle and go to dresher Wells Fargo
