  I can’t thank enough in words for this td bank and notary Stephanie! She were so so kind helpful ! Did notary for my mom and myself ! Because we were trying to renewed our overseas passports !and have to mandatory notarize some documents! Really really appreciated Stephanie! Been loyal customers to This td bank since been in this country ! absolutely will continue forever ! Once again Thank you so so much ! Td bank and staff

  the customer service teller M. was so rude and obnoxious attitude. rolled her eyes. Poor poor service. No wonder we want to move all our money elsewhere. 3 people ahead of me and manager out to lunch for another “20 minutes”. Could not.close my accounts it’s like they want to hold your money “hostage “ and with a poor customer service attitude. Confrontational and loud attention seeking teller at Street Road and Kutcher at Southampton branch

  They let me down again! 2nd hold on a commercial Bank check deposit... Last year I opened up an account. I deposited a check from my company that I have been cashing at the local cashier's for many years without any issues. The local cashier spot moved. So, I decided against my friends advice to not use TD Bank because they are located across the street from where I work and next door to that check cashing place that is now a chicken sandwich place. After I opened up the account I immediately submitted a car payment. 2 days later I get a text saying you having overdraft and sent me numerous emails text and push notifications threatening me with penalties for the overdraft. I go to the bank only to get the run around. On the 10th day after calling so many people and going to different branches they were so happy to tell me that my check cleared, but it was 10 days later in the damage has been done. I was so exhausted and filled with anxiety and stress that I didn't even show emotion I didn't say thank you I just said whatever and walked away. Fast forward today well yesterday June 24th I deposited a check from my 401K savings. I withdrew it because I'm in the red. It's the only money I had access to. As I was giving my check to the Teller for the deposit I overheard the next teller telling the guy yeah they might put the check on hold and that reminded me when I was tortured and filled with anxiety when they put my check on hold when I first opened the account. I told her wow that's messed up they did the same to me on my first deposit. And I told the lady if they hold this check it's going to destroy me I'm way behind on everything. She chuckles and say no it should clear by tomorrow I will let them give you $100 in advance so you can clear the overdraft. I was like wonderful... I wake up the next day only to see that my check was put on hold for 6 days. Remembering the stress and anxiety that I went through trying to call support for help and never got it until it was too late I'm not going to go through that again. I do not recommend this bank at all I should have listened to my friend previously. After the check clears I will withdraw the money and close the account... I no longer wish to do business with TD Bank they are bullies. Hiding in a false mask about fraud prevention and credit risk and.... Jesus Christ God bless this world.... 👎
