After a minute or two of unhelpful guidance on how to navigate the website to make an appointment online, I told her that I don’t have a Wells Fargo account, and was only looking to get some documents notarized. She said the bank doesn’t offer services to non-account holders and slammed the phone without letting me ask any follow-up questions.
