They say it takes an hour and will not schedule an appt after 4 when we both work till then. Wouldn't even make a 15min exception for current account holders. Told us we needed to come on a Saturday and that's the best they could offer.

The drivethru has not been open the last 3xs I've been there and I can't get an answer why. This branch used to be great with personable people but boy has it changed! Everyone is short of help since covid so that should not be an excuse. Other local banks in the same center have drive-thru open as does the Rite Aid. Wells Fargo better take note

When I did call the number, someone tried to sell me something or do some other promption. I am very dissatisified. I don't think they have a proper forym for complaints.
