They will put others ahead of you and play stupid as if they don't know what they are doing. This branch sucks and for this reason I'm switching banks.

Both Anthony and the woman with customer service were extremely nice and helpful and I was able to get what I needed done. Would 100% go back as I watched them with the other customers and they were extremely courteous and pleasant.
