- RLRobyn LandeanMay 24, 20231.0I wouldn't recommend them for a mortgage. My clients went with them because of promising rates, when it came down to it, they did everything to not finance them. Leaving the buyers to spend unnecessary money, and dragged out the entire process. Poor communication, and uneducated employees. I shouldn't have to teach them what winterizing a home means. Do yourself a favor, get a mortgage broker to help you!

- CECe EsMay 8, 20211.0I used to like TD bank here. Last time I went there to replace my TD connect card due to concerns of skimming, the banker ordered me a new card. While I was waiting for him to go check something, he came back excited saying that the card was ordered and that he cut up my old card. I was dumbfounded as he did not ever ask me if I was ready to order the new card or that he would have to cut my old card. The important bit here is that I had funds on that card, which I am not able to access until the new card arrives. There is no way for me to retrieve that amount; it is a TD connect card. I cannot believe how incompetent that person is. So, bottom line, do not assume that they know everything. They just follow the instructions on a screen, I guess.
