- JWjaianna wootenDec 5, 20251.0If I could give ZERO stars I would! Went in for help because they overcharged my Fiancés account and nobody could assist me. I was given an attitude when I was trying to explain a Zelle issue to one of the employees there. Just told my fiancé to take all the money out of his account and close the bank account and get a new bank. This bank seems to always have problems with their system. The customer service sucks here we will be taking our business and money elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
