- JFJay FarraSep 26, 20241.0I recently went into reapply for a credit line that was declined/rejected. I have been a key Bank member for close to 20 years now, since my father set up a trust with what would eventually become key. You'd think with the years of my patronage and being a member of the Private client service sector that I would be able to get another credit line. Donna Freas was terrible, and ineffective. At helping me get a new credit card. I didn't appreciate her rather outdated, oppressive elderly, and geriatric views on money credit, and the banking system. The other employees are horrible as well, they are ignorant and rude. This KeyBank location just like any other location, or key institution is trash, and should be avoided at all costs. They have no redeeming qualities, they are a garbage bank with garbage people who wouldn't even make it working at McDonald's. This bank is a waste of time and a disgrace.
