- CCChristo CNov 3, 20241.0This poor review is not directed at any Nortwest branch but squarely at their lackluster and unengauged corporate management team: Last month I stopped at a Love's travel stop in Conneaut, OH to fill up my Lincoln MKZ (15 gallon tank). The gas pump rejected my Nortwest card with a "wrong phone number" message. When I get back to Erie I received a phone alert of a $70 charge from Love's in Conneaut OH. Immediately filed a fraudulent card use claim with Nortwest. Told them my car can't hold no where near $70 worth of gas and I could not even get a drop of gas out of that pump, it rejected my card. About a week later Nortwest Corporate office tells me the fraudulent $70 charge is my problem not their problem!!! Really Nortwest? This 20+ year loyal customer is very much looking forward to joining another bank ASAP. Deplorable example of corporate greed and disrespect to long time customers.

She handled my call in a very professional & friendly manner.. She then followed up with me the next day, which was an unexpected surprise, but much appreciated. Eva Marie is an asset to this bank. Great job!!

Recently, Sam (above and beyond in his excellent customer service) helped with my panic and everything went smoothly! I highly recommend this location even if you had issues at other Northwest Banks.
