    My wife took a check that she wasn't sure if it was real or not. Asked the teller how to verify, and listen to her advice. A week later her accounts were frozen. They told my wife it was because of a fraudulent check she cashed. She told the bank she did what that teller told her to do. They asked if she had that in writing, which she did not, and then told her she would have to cover the cost to unfreeze her accounts and there was nothing they could/would do to help. And then had the guts to say to my wife's face " I know this doesn't do much for you, but this will be good training for our tellers."

    Horrible manger. Her name is Jessica. Would not recommend. They take money from people and get mad at customers for wanting it back. Doesn’t make any sense. I don’t use the bank anymore. Horrible illiterate manger. I’m glad to see the other reviews stating how horrible this branch is. A lot of people in there need to change positions. Or get on medication.

    I sat in their drive thru for 20 minutes yesterday. I was the second person who pulled up, I was there before they even switched to open. As the drive thru filled up with cars I ended up calling inside to see what was going on. Two tellers and a lobby full of customers as well as a drive thru full of customers. I get places are short staffed right now; but to leave customers sit like that when they have other places to be is unacceptable. Two tellers=one in the lobby, one at the drive thru..or close the drive thru down. You cannot allow that to happen, you will lose business. Will not be going to this location again.
