- BOBarb OberlanderDec 6, 20251.0This is the absolute worst bank in Erie County! If you go here, plan to spend at least 25 to 30 minutes waiting. Regardless, if you’re in the drive-through or in the actual bank, they are horrible at customer service!

- CKCody KAug 13, 20251.0My wife took a check that she wasn't sure if it was real or not. Asked the teller how to verify, and listen to her advice. A week later her accounts were frozen. They told my wife it was because of a fraudulent check she cashed. She told the bank she did what that teller told her to do. They asked if she had that in writing, which she did not, and then told her she would have to cover the cost to unfreeze her accounts and there was nothing they could/would do to help. And then had the guts to say to my wife's face " I know this doesn't do much for you, but this will be good training for our tellers."
