- JAJennifer AllenJun 26, 20231.0Horrible customer service and employees that are rude and continually wrongfully charge people with overdraft fees. I would not recommend this bank to anyone and would choose anywhere but here. I would give them negative stars if I could.
- DPD PJun 25, 20231.0I always have issues with this bank, especially with Brandon. He is very very rude and shows he doesn't care and always has an attitude. I'm disabled and they continually charge me with the $37 overdraft fee when my Northwest Bank App stats that the overdraft fee posted and hit my account after the fact I corrected it with a positive balance in plenty of time before the overdraft fee hit my account according to my NW app. They are continually making mistakes with my account and overdraft fees knowing I'm disabled and on a fixed income and always make my account with a positive balance everytime. I would give them negative stars If I could. Go to Marquette savings bank or any other bank besides this one who obviously has horrible customer service and employees that are rude. They are continually Wrongfuly charging my account and I have proof. Whatever happend to customer service and banks actually caring about a customer and trying to make things right when they are clearly wrong, especially when I've been banking with them for 25 years. Looks like I'm changing banks asap with better customer service and kindness. Wrongfuly charging disabled people like myself on a fixed income with overdraft fees whenever they want knowing that they are in the wrong. Brandon needs to work on his customer service skills or get a different job because he obviously doesn't care and neither does Northwest Bank about the customer. Be aware and make sure your not getting Wrongfuly charged with overdraft fees!!
- JAJake AndersonNov 9, 20211.0Very unfortunate that banks can’t be trusted anymore. Not sure if it’s the people who work for them or just in general Northwest Savings Bank. Not specific to this location but this bank is very unprofessional. They find ways to make sure you can’t cancel your account with them. Then when it comes to customer service they’re useless. Sad to say but I’d rather give my money to a homeless person to hold on to. I trust them more. Disappointed.
