Once the account was opened it took almost two months to receive my debit card and multiple attempts to get it and they did not help me or were rude to me on the phone. Now that my loan is active and account is open they keep emailing me saying it isn't set up and then won't respond. I've tried calling and emailing and they have been so unprofessional after this whole process. Probably the worst banking experience of my life.
