- MMMara MendezJan 4, 20261.0Do not ever go through this bank if you were to get a loan, I paid these people off in October. They claim that they release my title and they never did. They made me go pay for a new one. They told me that they don’t release titles and I was told by a notary that they do. I am very upset on how they lied to me and how they’ve been treating me the last four years I paid the car off in October like I said, and I should’ve received my title.
