The majority of employees here have provided the worst customer service I have ever received at a financial institution. One well deserved star. As a business account owner, we will be moving to a credit union as they have consistently put business deposits in our personal accounts, have been rude and hostile when confronted by this, somehow have had another review deleted, and also did not file the paperwork for the co-owner of this business to have access on the account when they went in and filled out the forms shortly after formation. Also, they have provided erroneous information regarding other items of business. Most every other Truist branch has quality employees, however this location is toxic. Major CAVEAT!

Hands down the worst bank, charge you for everything, rude, so slow to process. Better off going anywhere else. I changed banks and they charged me a fee- they won’t even let you leave without harassing you.
