I had issues with my on line account and Jenn and Fabriola, helped me as best they could with my issue. I actually went to he Cloister bank and Amanda took time out of her day and resolved my problem. She was professional as well as patient and I am so grateful and appreciative for her service. My husband and I are very happy with your bank and all your staff. Thank you 😊

This bank is only willing to accommodate big business. The signs you see around town stating “community banking at work. Helping local business’s grow” is a crock. We have been loyal to a bank that has let us know that only large scale business matters. Unfortunately we cannot or will not do business with ENB. Beware, and make sure you shop around. Their is no guidance or respect for small business.
