- CMCrystal MartinSep 4, 20213.0ENB used to be personable banking. Always treated everyone like a neighbor. I find switching to the digital age they lost a little bit of that down home feel. You used to be able to call any branch and deal with minor issues and get things taken care of right away. Now you get put through an 800 number and you can leave your number and they will get back to you when it's convenient for that one person. Who probably is on vacation or not at their desk and won't return your call for a week. Thanks for not always being available.

I'm sure other banks have issues too. We're still on planet earth! :-)

I will not recommend this bank ever. I’m taking my money and my business elsewhere!!!
