If you go here just avoid the teller Danielle and avoid just banking here in general they pick and choose when they follow the rules and what rules to enforce best don’t worry if you wanna get dehumanized and embarrassed by a teller this this your place to go the Branch manager is also useless tried to ask him for his bosses email as I wanted to escalate the situation after the interaction he saw his teller had he did nothing to intervene and he said he doesn’t have his bosses contact information this place and bank is a glorified joke

Held large deposit on "administrative hold", all information was verified and bank manager, despite having the ability to, will not unfreeze my funds. I will be going with a new bank.

I just wanted to thank the customer service representative Ann today for going above and beyond in helping me with all of my banking needs, her customer service was superb and she is definitely an attribute to Susquehanna Bank. She went outside of her comfort level to make sure my banking needs were met and I was satisfied and I really appreciate that.

Frequently Asked Questions About Truist

Do you need a debit card and checks? A safe place to save money you’ve earned? Or both? Check out our checking and savings account options to find the best one for you.

Checking accounts are used for day-to-day transactions, like buying something online or at a store with a debit card, sending money digitally, writing a rent check, or depositing cash and checks. Savings accounts are more of a one-way street—a place to deposit money to save up for a goal or emergency fund.

You can open your new account any way you want. (Note that Truist CDs can only be opened at a branch.)

Online: Get started right away by opening your account online. You’ll have to wait a few days for your debit card and checks to arrive by mail—or you can visit a branch to get a temporary debit card ASAP. Branch: Visit a branch near you during business hours to open your new account. Bonus—you’ll walk out with a ready-to-use temporary debit card with your new checking account. Phone: Call us at 844-4TRUIST (844-487-8487). We’re available Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, and Saturday, 8 am to 5 pm.
