    A company-wide direct deposit issue affecting many accounts and KeyBank can't be bothered to acknowledge the problem (social media works wonders in instances like this) until a customer doesn't have their promised deposit and they call the bank?!?! Oh but wait! They closed the local branch for the day instead of owning up to the issue and talking to their customers face to face. No. Run away and hide. This is strike 2 against KeyBank. One more and I'm gone. 29 years as a customer means NOTHING to them. GO ELSEWHERE

    **BEWARE** It is the worst bank I have ever had, they do not offer support when something happens and I have been a problem free customer for years. One issue pop ups and wow, lol. **BEWARE***

    Truthfully, I don't know that the services offered at Key bank are any better than any other bank we have been to, especially since one bank tends to buy another bank. This particular location has changed names multiple times, but we have stayed with them because of the people here. They are amazing. I can walk in there and they will know my name, have everything set up, ask about my kids, tell me what I they are up to, and they just KNOW you. This location is still just the community bank in a much larger banking company, and I am very much ok with that.
