Imagine if you will, your rent and electric bill are due, your pantry is looking pretty sad and you got a check to cover it all and then... I deposited a check through their ATM and was told it was being put on "administrative hold". I went into the branch the following Monday and they assured me the funds would be made available at midnight Tuesday morning. This was not the case so I returned to the bank and was once again told that night at midnight. It's 12:31 Wed. Morning and still the funds are on hold. I will be switching banks as soon as I can withdraw my deposit. Do yourself a favor and pick a different institution. "Administratively" deciding how people provide for their family's.
- AFAnderson FamilyFeb 26, 20212.0The stars are for the employees, who are excellent. This Bank however is an exercise in frustration. There's no other Bank in town and so we're stuck with it. The ATM never works before business hours. This is not an exaggeration, I use the ATM once a month, before business hours, and twice in our three years here, it was functional. They don't waive fees when you're forced to use other ATMs, even if theirs never works. Frustrated.

Also a week or so later We had fraudulent behavior on our Checking account.. Ali was wonderful to take us thru different steps to get that straightened out, open up a new ACCT. Etc . Thank you so so much , Ali. Rog and I have chosen BBT Bank Elverson, even though we have two closer BBT near Birdsboro.Pa. However the customer service at Elverson far surpasses the closer BBT banks in the larger populated areas. Thank you BBT, Elverson, for your gracious service to us and your community.
