    Kinda terrible. I've had times when I've lived at the bottom of my account balance, and was told Northwest has no way to prevent charges from overdrawing my account. One rep told me she couldn't deny a particular charge that would overdraw my account, "just because you don't want to pay your bill." So no overdraft protection for me. I get that banks like doing business with rich people, but us poors need competent service too.

    Terrible customer service. I've never seen so many people that hate their jobs. Both branches, Elizabethtown and Mt Joy are like this. Its truly mind boggling that they treat their customers like this. The difference between Union National and Northwest is night and day different. I will be closing my accounts as soon as I find a bank that appreciates their customers not treat them dirt. Edit: I was with Union National for 35 years.

    Move your money and do not use this bank. Since takeover for union community this place is terrible. No understanding even during COVID-19. Fees and overdraft fees without missing a beat

    I Just closed my account at northwest!! Northwest bank bought out my bank Union Community and it is not the same. Ive been very unhappy with Northwest. My experience was at the Centerville branch location not Elizabeth to be clear. I was with Union Community since I was a child, unfortunately I need a new bank that put their customers first!
