Whenever I asked a question It comes off as somwone that doesn't want to do their job Somepne eould refer me to go online but I didn't ask that Other than that the staff in person are very professional

- CLcel lynnNov 7, 20242.0Having been a customer for many years after kingston closing I was assigned to this bank This year I had to deal with the female manager and one of her associates at the desk furthest from the door It was horrendous I was approached in a loud negative manner when I tried to put money in my deceased dtrs account to cover automatic withdrawals from overdrafts I was also on the account as secondary The manner I was approached was loud negative and embarrassing I have gradually switched to another bank and told corporate my issue I can say that other branches of this bank treat customers more professionally Would give no stars but at least one of tellers are more customer oriented
