Went there today to exchange large bill to a better crisper bill.He stated I cannot touch his money but my money is with him. That's why I came over to this branch knowing that they have crisper large bill and they were called by stone crossing branch that I am coming . Teller Tucker is not heplful and did not even say sorry that I cannot touch the money that he pulled from his drawer.But plainly stated you cannot touch my money. How rude. He needs a good customer rapport.

Tellers told me since she is not on the account they couldn't deposit the funds. I needed to bring her with me. "She had a stroke "... I have a fair amount of funds in this bank, unfortunately that doesn't matter. I will re-think my future banking with Wells Fargo !!! Signed very displeased !!
